DATA ENTRY

How it works?

You provide us questionnaires from a variety of different sources which include:

	Surveys
	Questionnaires
	Business Reply Cards (BRC)
	Customer Comment Cards

They can be provided in the form of hard copies, fax, scanned images uploaded to our FTP site.

We use the technique of Double Entry of data. In this technique, two operators enter the same data simultaneously. After the data is entered it is mapped and in case of any error, the data is re-entered by a third person.

We send the cleaned and checked data back to you in any of the following formats:

	Fixed-width ASCII flat file
	MS Access database
	MS Excel files
	Any other custom format

We have a pool of dedicated data-entry operators who work in shifts to ensure consistent progress round the clock. We have high speed communication links which include DSL, ISDN, as well as dialup (as a backup) connections.
